The ONLY valid reasons for returns:
1) Product proven to be defective
2) Wrong items delivered Please be guided that all returns or exchanges must be compliant with the following:
• Items are in good condition as certified / inspected by our operations team • Should bring original proof or purchase receipt
• The item is new, unused and in saleable condition • The item is in its original packaging
• Items for replacement or exchange must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase based on the sales transaction receipt
• Replacement or exchange will be done only at Balintawak warehouse (8 Marvex Drive, PTFC Compound, Balintawak, QC)
• Eligible items for return / exchange will have a 5% handling fee
As per DTI Republic Act No. 7394
Consumers are entitled to replacement and refund of products that are defective. However, they are not entitled to return or exchange because of “change of mind” or “mistake” on their part.
